How to Reach?
By Metro- Take the Green Line Metro to Burjuman Metro Station. Exit and walk for 10 minutes to reach Al Seef.
By Bus- Bus routes 29, C10, and 33 will take you to Al Seef.
By Private Transfers- You can also book optional private transfers with us for a small additional charge.
Essential Information
Please bring your Emirates ID or passport and your activity voucher for check-in.
The cruise departs from Al Seef, Bur Dubai. You can reach there by public transport, rental car or New Year private transfer. Airport transfers are not available.
Transfer times may change depending on traffic and travel distance.
Private transfers may be delayed as road closures are common in Dubai on NYE after 4:00 PM.
The Coast Guard may change the cruise route if weather conditions affect safety.
All activity-related details will be shared one day before the event.
Children can join the cruise party with their parents or legal guardians.
The cruise leaves on time. Late arrivals will not be allowed to board and will not receive a refund.
Refunds are not available for no-shows and unused or partially used services.
Alcoholic beverages are available through a separate booking (for guests aged 21 and above).
There is no strict dress code, but modest clothing is recommended. A light jacket is also advisable as the evening may be cool.
Strollers are not allowed onboard.

Health-Related Cancellation Policy
Guests cancelling due to medical reasons must provide a valid medical certificate or supporting documents.
Refunds will be reviewed only after verification.
Requests without valid proof may be declined as per policy.
Cancellation Policy
All bookings are final once confirmed.
A 100% charge will apply if you cancel after confirmation.
Cancellation from our end will be refunded within seven business days (if eligible).
Child Policy
Kids under 3 years old can join for free.
Children between 3 and 10 years must book child tickets.
Those over 10 years must book standard tickets.
Organizer’s Cancellation Policy
The organizer may cancel or change the cruise in the following situations:
Bad weather or sea condition
If the weather or sea is unsafe – the organizer or captain may delay, reschedule, or cancel the cruise.
Technical or safety problems
The cruise may be cancelled due to mechanical issues, safety concerns – or other operational problems.
Minimum participants not reached
If the minimum number of guests required to operate the cruise is not reached by the given deadline – the organizer may cancel the cruise.
Force Majeure Events
Natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics or other major events beyond the organizer’s control may lead to cancellation.
No Additional Compensation
If the organizer cancels the cruise – only the amount paid for the booking will be refunded. The organizer will not cover other costs such as flights, hotels, transport or third-party bookings.
Cancellation notice
Guests will be informed of any cancellation as soon as possible through email, phone or SMS.
Liability Limitation
The organizer is only responsible for refunding the amount paid for the cruise. No additional compensation will be provided if weather, safety issues – or other circumstances beyond their control affect the cruise or fireworks viewing.
