Private transfer schedules may vary depending on traffic and pickup location. Pick-up or drop-off may be cancelled during road closures after 4:00 PM. The catamaran departs at the appointed time and will not wait for late passengers.

• Carry your Emirates ID or passport for identification before boarding.
• Both vegetarian and non-vegetarian food choices are available.
• Smart casual / smart party attire is recommended; inappropriate clothing should be avoided.
• Private pick-up and drop-off is available for an extra fee; guests needing convenient transport are advised to use private transfers.
• Children must be supervised throughout the activity by their legal guardians.
• The exact boarding location and other cruise details are shared approximately 1–2 days before the event.
• Late or absent participants are not entitled to a refund.
• The sailing route may change and open-water cruising may be limited by the coast guard if conditions are deemed unsafe due to weather.
